GBTA LATAM Conference 2025:
Connecting the Industry

What was it about? We led the evolution of Latin America’s foremost annual corporate travel conference at Hilton Mexico City Reforma, bringing together more than 500 industry leaders. The primary goal was to create a far more modern, fluid, and technologically engaging experience than in previous years.

We completely redesigned the foyer flow and registration area. We produced an impressive plenary with panoramic 15 x 3 m LED screens and adapted an Expo Hall with more than 54 booths. We also conceptualized and installed a transparent Broadcast Studio at the center of the expo, allowing live interviews and programs to feature the energy of the event as their backdrop. A logistical and business success for the association!
